Dr. Kaurs journey in medicine began with a Bachelors Degree from SUNY Albany, followed by her Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Josephs Health in Syracuse, where she served as chief resident and honed her skills as a hospitalist.
In addition to her role as Medical Director, Dr. Kaur serves as Co-Chair of the Sepsis Program, where she works to improve patient outcomes through education and protocol development. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine. She actively participates in several professional organizations, including the Society of Hospital Medicine, the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.
Outside her professional commitments, Dr. Kaur enjoys playing badminton, tennis, and roller-blading. She is also fluent in English and Punjabi, enhancing her ability to connect with a diverse patient population.
